A colomba that starts well recognizable with the traditional dough of the classic colomba Filippi, but that ends up surprising thanks to the addition of fleshy and soft cloves of candied peach and unexpected little macaroons.

The natural charge of freshness and sweetness of peach is combined with a voluptuous melt: at first with a sweet taste and then, as soon as you meet the macaroon, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. An intriguing combination of sweet and slightly bitter, to enjoy with idle indulgence.
