Artisanal egg pasta "Chitarrine" is a type of long pasta made with raw materials supplied daily by the company's own farms. The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of always fresh semolina and eggs into a pasta that is entirely different from others in terms of color, flavor, and aroma.

The pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and to give the "Chitarrine" roughness and porosity, allowing them to better retain sauces.
