Artisanal egg Pappardelle is a type of long pasta made with raw materials supplied daily from owned farms.

The use of genuine, self-produced ingredients allows transforming fresh semolina and eggs into a pasta distinctly different from others in color, flavor, and aroma.

The pasta is extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the wheat's organoleptic properties, giving the Pappardelle a rough and porous texture that better retains sauces.

Usage Tips:

Cook in plenty of boiling salted water (about 4-5 liters for a 250g package).
Drain and season to taste.
Cooking time: 8/9 minutes.
