- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water

A 200 gr jar of sauce is enough for 2 or 3 portions
- Pecorino romano DOP cheese 45%
- Pecorino cheese 8,9%
- Emulsifying salts: sodium citrate
- Black pepper 0,5%
After opening, keep refrigerated.
