This is an extraordinary artisanal mortadella, made using only 100% Italian pork, prepared with the old method of slow steaming, without the use of flavorings or tripe.

Stuffed in natural casing and hand-tied as it once was, Mortadella Opera is highly digestible thanks to a long and careful balance of natural ingredients, resulting in a well-rounded product with an elegant taste.
