A tribute to the noble origins of mortadella, enriched with truffle, the “underground gold” of the Savigno woods. Here, oak trees not only feed healthy and robust pigs with acorns and berries, but also provide the ideal habitat for this precious treasure of the land.

From the meeting of selected raw materials and one of the gastronomic jewels of the Apennines comes a fragrant, elegant and surprising mortadella, able to capture in every slice the essence of the territory’s finest excellences.
