The Tartuflanghe White Truffle, Mustard and Honey Chips, thanks to their greater thickness compared to normal chips, are particularly crunchy. They are fried exclusively in olive oil and sunflower oil, resulting in a lighter snack due to the lower oil absorption.

These chips are a versatile option for both aperitifs and as a base for canapés and tapas, or as a unique and tasty addition to salads.

The uniqueness of these chips lies in their exclusive seasoning, a mix of mustard, honey, and precious white truffle. Thanks to the freeze-drying technique, the seasoning retains the vibrant flavors of the fresh raw materials, allowing each bite to offer an authentic Piedmontese tasting experience.

Why are truffle products so expensive? - Word from Valentina

As owner and product selector for BottegaCremonese, this question is often asked of me. The answer is simple: quality.

The white truffle is one of the most prized products of the earth, a true gift from nature. It grows spontaneously in a few regions of Italy and can be harvested only during certain periods of the year. Its rarity, coupled with its intense and unmistakable fragrance, determines its high value.

Furthermore, truffle harvesting is a laborious activity that requires competence, passion, and a great deal of patience. Truffles cannot be cultivated or mass-produced: every single truffle must be sought and hand-picked, often with the help of specially trained truffle dogs.

That's why I choose only products with prized white truffle for my selection. Yes, they have a higher price, but I firmly believe that quality has a price. Every time you savor one of our truffle products, you are tasting not just a unique and refined flavor, but also the passion, dedication, and craftsmanship we put into bringing these gastronomic gems directly to your home.

I hope you can appreciate the difference.
