In Italy, coffee rounds off every meal. This liqueur does it twice.
Borgo Vecchio has been making it since 1959 in Ospedaletto, in the Valsugana valley, following a traditional recipe. A selection of ground coffees is cold-infused in pure alcohol. No heat, no rush: time draws the coffee’s character out.
It’s an artisanal liqueur that does one thing and does it well. Serve it after a meal, when the espresso cup is already empty but the conversation isn’t over yet.
