The herbs typical of the Valsugana valley don’t end up in it by chance. The distillery chooses them by analysing their aromatic profile and keeps only the ones that get along with grappa. In Ospedaletto, where the Cavalin family has been distilling since 1959, the infusion does the rest.
There’s no sugar, colouring, artificial flavouring or preservatives: whatever reaches your glass, the herbs put there. This isn’t a grappa that needs a long introduction. Just open the bottle.
