Salame di Varzi DOP
Salame di Varzi is a PDO excellence and a traditional product of the Staffora Valley.
This salami is characterized by a tender and compact mixture, red and white.
Its smell is spicy more or less intense according to the aging time. Its flavor is sweet and delicate with a slightly bitter aftertaste
The "Salame di Varzi" is a DPO product that responds, at every stage of production, to the indications and requirements established by the Disciplinary registered with Commission Regulation No. 1107/96 of 12/06/1996 pursuant to EEC Reg. ° 2081/92
